Phase Three Schedule

Hi Guys!

Just a heads up that our Smile-A-Wish Phase Three is coming up very soon.

The official duration of our Phase Three will span across three days: 

26 April - 28 April, 12-5 PM

Please take the time to read the following pointers before proceeding to check your assigned days! :)

 If you didn't forward your timetable to your SAW Group IC, you will be given the time slots that require additional helping hands.

1) Please report in covered shoes, jeans and your SAW T-Shirt for your duty.

2) Seal points are awarded ONLY if ATTENDANCE IS TAKEN when you report for your shift.

3) You are welcomed to help out during shifts that you are not down for duty (NOTE: THIS IS NOT COMPULSORY)

4) Please report at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ASSIGNED SHIFT FOR BRIEFING. (e.g. Those whose shift is at 12pm, report at 11.30am. Those whose shift is at 4pm, report at 3.30pm.)

5) Please be punctual for your assigned time slots and do let our events department* know with a valid reason if you are unable to make it for any time slots.

6) Do have a heavy meal before reporting for your shift because there won't be any food provided during the event.

Phase One Schedule

 As you all know by now, our Smile-A-Wish Phase One is just around the corner.

 The official duration of our first phase will be from 4 Jan - 6 Jan, 1-6 PM.

 Please take the time to read the following pointers before proceeding to check your assigned days! :)

 1) Please report in covered shoes and jeans for your duty. The SAW T-shirts will be given out to you at a later date.
2) No LOA is provided. The scheduling is based on your break-times according to your timetable.

3) Seal points are awarded ONLY if FULL ATTENDANCE throughout all phases is attained.

4) You are welcomed to help out on days that you are not down for duty (NOTE: THIS IS NOT COMPULSORY)

5) For those who are down for duty at 1 p.m., please report outside library for briefing at 12.30 p.m. (Please contact our events department* if you are unable to make it for the briefing on time.)

6) Please be punctual for your assigned time slots and do let our events department* know with a valid reason if you are unable to make it for any time slots.

 7) For those who have yet to pay the $10 for your T-Shirt, please make sure you do so when you collect yours.

SMILE-A-WISH SUBCOMMITTEE RESULTS

Hi Guys!
We would like to thank everyone who have taken the time to attend our Sub-Committee Recruitment! However, due to the large number of applicants, we're unable to accept everyone, but don't be disheartened! If you did not make it, you are still welcomed to join us at our events as there are definitely other ways to help out with charity!
