Phase Two Schedule
Hi Guys!Just a heads up that our Smile-A-Wish Phase Two is coming up very soon.
The official duration of our Phase Two will span across two days:
23 January & 30 January, 12-6 PM @ SCAPE
Please take the time to read the following pointers before proceeding to check your assigned days! :)
1) Please report in covered shoes, jeans and your SAW T-Shirt for your duty.
2) Seal points are awarded ONLY if ATTENDANCE IS TAKEN when you report for your shift.
3) You are welcomed to help out during shifts that you are not down for duty (NOTE: THIS IS NOT COMPULSORY)
4) Please report at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ASSIGNED SHIFT FOR BRIEFING. (e.g. Those whose shift is at 12pm, report at 11.30am. Those whose shift is at 4pm, report at 3.30pm.)
5) Please be punctual for your assigned time slots and do let our events department* know with a valid reason if you are unable to make it for any time slots.
6) Do have a heavy meal before reporting for your shift because there won't be any food provided during the event.
